Using 2 resistances (not sure what components you are using) one is 1000 Ohms and the other is 4.016 Ohms or one is 10,000 Ohms and the other is 4.00016 Ohms.
There are an infinite number of combinations, just any of the 2 has to be larger than 4 Ohms.
Now if we want to go with like 200 components/resistances then little more math needed. We could have 200 800 Ohm resistors in parallel to give 4 Ohms.

I don’t know whether this is a clueless student asking for homework help by asking only a fragment of a question or if it’s a faithfully reported homework question. If it’s the later, then I fear for all the students taught by the teacher!
If it’s the former, I hope the student gets remedial education in morals and ethics - and learns how to cheat better.

Each resistance is 8 ohm connected in parallel so that equivalent resistance by formula. 1/R =1/R1 +1/R2. =1/8 +/8 =2/8 =1/4 that means doing reciprocal both side we get R =4ohm

You are probably referring to a pair of 8 ohm resistors in parallel, although there are other possibilities.
