Your blood will flow naturally and you will be in fit. Being fit can cause you to live a longer, healthier, and happier life. Overtime your muscles will stimulate and you will get use to sports. Also if when starting sports you are overweight you will come down a bit and sweating will help you lose weight. Sweating also makes you feel refreshed. So all in all sports ar good for your physical state and your mental state.
