What is the difference between absolute units of force and gravitational force?

In absolute system force is normalized as one unit mass times one unit length per second².i.e. 

1N=1Kg*1m/1sec². 

But in gravitational system it depends on acceleration due to gravity 'g'. 

This is how it differs from absolute system;because g is not absolute,it is variable. 

Since weight is a force hence its units are different in both system. 

However W is defined as 

W=m.g in both the systems
