i would like to breefly explain how light is a product of these two fields.

Say you have an electricly charged particle. lets prettend it has a +electric field. Lets shake it up and down in a periodic way. So now the electric field is moving perpendicular to the motion of the particle. But the electric field has to turn into a magnetic field becuase its moving. and it does. but the the same happins with the magnetic feild becuase its moving. and it goes back and forth and gives rise to light
