In a recent hockey game , a puck was shot at the net but was stopped by the goalie. The puck hits the goalie traveling at 45 m/s, and the rebound bounces back traveling 15 m/s. The mass of the puck is .45 kg. 1. What was the impulse of the puck?
2. If the puck was in contact with the goalie for .25 seconds, what was the force of the puck?
3. What was the impact force on the goalie?
4. Would the time of impact be shorter or longer if the goalie were not wearing pads? 5. Would the force of impact be higher or lower if the goalie were not wearing pads?

Please explain how to get the answer I do not just want answers
