Easy Answer Question! In which resistor will the power dissipated be greatest?

using the formula P=V^2/R, will the greatest result or smallest result be the right answer? For example if P= 0.027, is that the amount of power dissipated, or the amount of power.

So it 0.027W or 0.045W the greatest dissipated power?
