Segment One Collaboration: Asynchronous Instructions
Complete all tasked outlined in the three parts below. You may record your work in the Segment One Collaboration Worksheet. You will submit your completed worksheet. Be sure to review the grading rubric before you begin.

Part One: Creating Your Seek-and-Find Activity
The seek-and-find activity you create must include a picture of a location without people. It can be a personal picture you took or one found on the internet, as long as you include the source you got it from and the picture does not include inappropriate content.

Along with the picture you select, you must list six physical properties and two chemical properties that your classmates are expected to find in the picture. Then create an answer key for your activity to submit to your instructor only. Once you have created your seek-and-find activity, post it to the Segment One Collaboration discussion. But do not post the answer key.

Part Two: Solving a Seek-and-Find Activity from a Classmate
Locate a classmate's seek-and-find activity in the discussion that you want to solve and copy it into your collaboration worksheet. Solve the activity and record the answers in your worksheet. Do not post your answers in the discussion. You will only submit these answers to your instructor.

Part Three: Collaboration Reflection
Respond to each of the following questions in two to three complete sentences to reflect on your experience.

What made you choose the picture you selected for this activity?
What made you choose the classmate's post you selected for this activity?
What did you enjoy most about sharing projects with others in this activity?
Were there any difficulties, conflicts, or issues that you experienced while trying to complete this activity?
Evidence: Include the name of the classmate whose seek-and-find activity you used and the subject line of his or her post. Also, include the subject line of the discussion post for your own seek-and-find activity.

Checklist
Did you do the following?

Post a seek-and-find activity you created to the Segment One Collaboration discussion.
Include the answer key for your seek-and-find activity in your worksheet.
