For two equal point masses separated by some distance and in an uniform gravitational field, the center of gravity:. i. is on the perpendicular bisector of the line joining the two masses.
ii. is coincident with the location of either one of the mass.
iii. could be anywhere as long as it is equidistant from the two masses.
iv. is exactly in the middle and on the line joining the two masses.
