Discuss how Julian Treasure's video relates to at least 3 of the 7 terms listed in in Section 1 above. Make sure it is clear to me that you understand what the terms means as it relates to his ideas about how to become a better listener. PLEASE BOLD YOUR 3 TERMS so I can locate them easily!
