To do well on the aspire test, you will have to: a. brush up on material you have already learned. b. complete required reading before the test. c. study new material you have not seen before. d. hire a tutor to assist with preparation.

The goal of the Aspire test is to see whether 10th graders are ready for high school, kind of like the ACT or the SAT to see if high schoolers are ready for college. I don't believe there is any way you can study for it, I'm pretty sure you go into it just with the knowledge you have and have learned from the past.

I would have to say the correct answer is choice A. brush up on the material you have already learned. 

I've never heard of them giving you required reading before the test, but if they do then that would be the answer too.  I'm not sure if it's a trick answer though.
