Describe how popular organization are formed

1.- The "coordination of forces or 'association with a common objective and with the means and means necessary to achieve this objective'".
2.- The popular organization is built from the bottom up, from the "periphery to the center", and outside the centers of power of the current system.
3.- Another important characteristic of social movements is autonomy, which occurs mainly in relation to the state, political parties, bureaucratic unions, the church, among others. Social movements have to make decisions and act on their own, dealing with their own issues.
