Develop a list of memory cues for each of your ten vocabulary words. For example, “You exalt someone who is A+”. Clues must clearly indicate the word’s definition and may be in the form of a rap, rhyme, or acronym (i. e. “Please excuse my dear Aunt Sally”). Memory clues may be typed / shared or written on lined paper. YOU MUST MAKE ONE FOR ALL WORDS:

1: Desiccate (v) to dry out
2: Diverse (adj) different; various
3: Loquacious (adj) talking a lot or too much
4: Maudlin (adj) wallowing in self-pity
5: Farcical (adj) absurd; ludicrous
6: Vibrant (adj) lively; full of vitality
7: Virulent (adj) extremely poisonous; full of hate
8: Contemptuous (adj) expressing disdain; showing lack of respect
9: Enigma (n) a mystery
10: Labyrinth (n) a maze (something similar to a maze)
