should people who like like someone tell the person yes or no and why or why not please explain you answer

Objectively, Yes. People should tell the person they like without hesitation. But there's a catch that most people miss. They are just their crush. By my estimation a crush could remain your crunch for a few months. Like it changes every fortmonth or something like that. Crushes come and go. Don't bother and just enjoy that experience. But if you are really head over heels for that person, go ahead and spit it out. What would happen at most? Some insults, nagging and bullying. Just ignore and move on. I know that's hard. Different people have different ways to flourish. It's upto you whether confess or not. :)
