Advice a friend who respond to conflict by confrontation on why it is not healthy in sustaining positive relationships and recommend two ways in which he/she should approach conflict resolution instead

Conflict results when either one of the individuals have misunderstanding or are reaching over the same goal. The possible advices one can give to people in conflict are (1) talk things out and (2) listen to the side of the other. Confrontation is okay as long as it is dealt between two parties accordingly.
