As a counselor what stereotypes perceptions and beliefs

The question regarding what beliefs, views, and stereotypes that I professionally and personally hold about culturally various groups that may block my ability to pattern a helpful and effective relationship as a counselor may be asked if I am attempting to develop awareness.
