Despite the fact that for many americans, e-books are an increasingly popular way to enjoy fact and fiction in the form of the printed word, it was not always this way. sociology often draws on the "sociological imagination," a term coined by c. wright mills in the 1950s to explore the nature of change in society. in the mid-1400s, the printing press had a powerful effect on society and initiated major social changes. how might we use our sociological imagination to begin a study of that change?
