What are the tree ingredients required for a healthy relationship?

 I would say that some of the ingredients required for a healthy relationships are:

1) trust: you need to trust the other person and also behave in a way as to deserve and keep the other person's trust.
2) respect: you need to respect them, their needs and their wishes

3) commitment on both sides: both people need to work on the relationship.
