Popular Sovereignty is described as a dogma in political theory that the government is shaped by and subject to the will of the people. It means that the people of the nation are in command of the government and how it is progressed. People are permitted to vote on who embodies them in a government position. Afterward, the person who was chosen embodies the people of their region and their thoughts.

•Separation of Powers

The separation of powers enables the government to be divided into different groups. This enables them all to concern on one just one job. it also makes it be in a group that does not have all the power. They are divided into the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. The legislative concerns on making laws; the executive concerns on enforcing the laws; the judge determines the punishments for those who violate the law.

•Judicial Review

The judicial review enables the Judicial Branch to determine punishments that authorized government be worthy. If the President violated the law, the Judicial review enables a court to determine what penalties the president ought to have. No authorized government is overhead the law of the citizens.

•Limited Government

A limited government delineates how much power the government can own, which is determined by how much the people offer them. This is why citizens take part in how much taxes are, they determine how much money the government can gain from them. This is all determined on by a majority of the people.

•Checks and Balances

The system of checks and balances was considered to keep one division of the government from receiving too much power. If one division has more than the others, the others either support do reduce the powers of that division or establish themselves up so they are equal.

•Federalism

Federalism is the concept of dividing political power between a big group and smaller groups. In the United States, there is a national (or federal) government and a state government.
