First amendment. The amendment that basically guarantees us the right to you think freely and express ours view from other gives us the ability to reason rather than fear

That would sometimes depend on who you ask. All of them are extremely important, but many would say the freedom of speech or freedom of religion. An argument could be made for almost all of our natural rights. Freedom of speech, however, covers our free thoughts.
