What policy does your team believe your home state should pursue moving forward? what textual evidence supports this approach?

Please could you be more specific in terms of policy.  The home state may percieve that its education policy would be the most important to raise literacy and numeracy levels.  Environmental policy may be another option as factories may be contaminating the enviroment and pressure groups in Texas have raised their concerns about the impact of polution has had on peoples health.
