The Plessy v. Ferguson was a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court to upheld the constitutionality of racial segregation also known as "separate but equal", it legitimized many state laws that had been passed in the South to re-establish racial segregation. Despite being regarded as one of the worst decisions in U.S. Supreme Court history, it has never been explicitly overruled.

Plessy versus Ferguson is the case on 18th May 1896. Supreme Court of the USA maintained isolationism on racial grounds. The President of separate but equal.
