Using New Yorks City´s recommedation to decrease human impact of constructing with only recycled materials is the best option of the three is the one that got the best levels of decreasing, to the governments of the world would be useful to stop creating so much plastic, and reusing the ones that already exist, and promote the use of clean energies.

It´s about time we start investing on cleaner energies like solar, the petrol products we are currently using are doing serious damage to the ozone.
