4.) used demeaning language to reinforce negative perceptions of people with differences in national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender, or with physical or mental disabilities? ex: described something by saying "that's so gay".
5.) engaged in physical violence against someone based on differences in national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender, or because of physical or mental disability? note: this can be mild, like pushing/shoving, tripping, etc, or strong, like full on beating someone up.
