Witch powers do the state's alone hold

One of the powers reserved to the State is the education of the nation's citizens.

Each state manages how, what, when, and by whom education of the youth is done.

chavez's example shows that nonviolent protest can work well. it shows that one nonviolent man can stop a mob, which proves chavez's point and persuades people to protest nonviolently.
