The influx of people from all around the world constantly increases the population of the country, and the people that come in are mostly in their 20's and 30's, thus at working age. The majority of these people manage to get a job very easily, especially because they are willing to work for less money than the US citizens. This leads to a situation where the employment is constantly on the rise, but the unemployment is decreasing at a much slower rate.
