Marx argues that social change is necessary to eliminate inequality and injustices do you agree or disagree? why?

I agree with Marx, I however find his idea being too radical

According to Marx, class manifestation is what has lead to inequalities to the society.

Marx therefore urges laborers to rise and fight for their rights as a group, for social balance to happen.

However, the idea of a total revolution is impossible and too radical for those in the given social classes also have got means to violence and resources that cannot be taken from them that easily.
