By seeing and achieving the harmony of our thoughts and attitudes, we make them, our thoughts and attitudes, consistent, thus eliminating discord or dissonance. Simply, whenever we feel a disharmony, we need to listen and see ourselves from within and achieve the consistency of our thoughts and attitudes and the dissonance will cease.
