What new amendments should be added to the constitution? why?

I think that the biggest, and most important, amendment that should be done to the U.S Constitution should be, the right to bear arms.

From the very inception of the Constitution, the protection of the freedoms and rights of individuals was placed at the highest point. And policies, and decisions, have been made to ensure that these rights are protected. However, there should be a limitation to how far the law will go to maintain a right that in some way also vulnerates other rights, like the right to life. In the case of the freedom and right to bear arms, it is true that people have a right to ensure their protection and defense, but this individual right should not overcome the welfare of the majority. Why should a person have the right to wield a gun, as they desire, so that at any point in time they can kill as they please? The result has been what we see today. People who, just because they decided it was their right to do as they pleased, simply took a gun into the streets, allowed by the government itself, and opened fire on those whose right to life is also protected by the Constitution. So, placed in a balance, I think that, even if not prohibited completely, the right to bear arms should be amended, to ensure the protection as well, of other very inalienable rights.
