Communication follows the human being from birth, being processed at all times, regardless of form or location. The success of any professional activity is effective communication.

The essential elements for efficient communication to occur are:

Sender - It is the one that initiates the communicative process, because it transmits the message.

Receiver - Is the target of the sender, being the one who receives the message.

Message - It can be a fact, ideas or even emotions, ie it is the content contained in the communication.

Channel - Is the means by which the message is sent from the sender to the receiver.
