Explanation: Positive psychology is study of psychological field that is based on identifying happiness,goodness and positiveness in aspects of life. Finding these factors increase the worth and fulfillment of life in humans.

To work towards the goal of positive psychology , a person need to be determined , should rely on positive aspects of life's situations and events , have certain discipline, patience etc.This makes an individual deal with the society and self with well being, strength and positiveness
