Discuss the extreme form of social discrimination that is forbidden by the constitution

The extreme form of social discrimination is gender discrimination. According to the constitution, women and men have been given equal rights to medical facilities. All patients are equal. If any medical structure tend to discriminate between patients, they are liable.

Similarly, if other institutions discriminate on basis on gender, they are tied by law. Although these institutions do not care too much about the and take a free hand and do what they want. The reason is that the constitution is not implemented properly.
