This sheet is given in order to check whether the child is able to answer the questions which involve higher order thinking skills. It can be checked by asking the student to summarize the content, analyze and self-assess it. Reflective skills can also be tested when the student is asked to give a critical summary on the topic that he had read.  

When the student is given a reading material, he is basically asked these three questions and they are: what is the chief aspect in your reading? What astonished you the most while reading the content? And what did you find perplexing while reading.
