Blackbird inc., a pr company, aims to hire the best candidates possible. the company recruiting policy is to administer a standardized intelligence test to all applicants. the company selects only those candidates who score above ninety percent on the test. blackbird aims to create a friendly, informal atmosphere at work and achieves this with innovative workspaces and numerous facilities for employees. despite this, however, at least fifty percent of new recruits leave within six months and most cite dissatisfaction with their work as the cause. in response to this, blackbird's human resources team decides to intensify the recruiting process, with pre-employment tests created specifically for the various roles in the company. this method will be successful only if
