When you want to understand who someone is in life or who you are we look at attitude , beliefs and values.

These aspects are interrelated, let us break them down

Attitude is a what we have learnt considering particular subjects or concept , it can change anytime and with not much effort for example I like jogging and someone else may like yoga. If they persuade me enough I may find myself changing and start enjoying yoga even more. Attitude changes constantly and someone can be easily persuaded to change their attitudes.

Beliefs are your personal convictions which may not be factual or logical.

Each person has their own beliefs regarding politics , religious and economic issues. Beliefs tends to help us have a reference point that we use to explain things in the world

They can be changed however it will take a real strong evidence to persuade someone to change their beliefs and if may take time ; a persuasive speaker will need to know they have to gather fact and expect that their persuasion will take time to have an impact on one's beliefs.

Values are crucial concept and ideas which allows us to determine what action is wrong and what action is right in order to guide our own behavior.

Personal values are what makes us and are core of our being.

They may not be logical or based on facts but they are even more stronger than beliefs. A person will be more resistant to change their values more than they would be to change their belief. Changing values may mean altering one's own life.
