Explanation: as described by Herzberg, Hygiene needs are needs that don't actually motivate workers when they are available,needs are related to the physical and psychological context in which the work is performed. they are needed to improve workers affection and satisfaction at work. Some of the hygiene needs are connected to the Compensation, Political participation, superior and subordinate relationship, job security, conducive work environment etc. He advised that organizations should try to make these needs available or adequate in order to ensure employees satisfaction.

a family can go through many changes which would make it complex. having children can cause a change and increase the complexity. this would change the distribution of authority and management, as the older siblings will at some point be in charge of the younger ones, and discipline must be distributed when they get in trouble.
