Various programs were under the name of New Deal and the goal was to recover economy, industry, finance, employment, agriculture, then to reform institutions and prevent future depressions. One of the important programs was the Agricultural Adjustment Act in 1933 which proposed that farmers get paid not to produce certain crops in order to increase farm value. Also bringing the electricity and providing the medical care were one of the central striving in making a modern and functional society.
