Pick someone important in your life and have an open conversation with them. in your conversation, really try to understand the other
person—assume that you do not know anything. for example, if you are upset with your parents about something, do not try to tell them anything. if you are telling them, that is closing right? just ask a lot of questions until you learn new things and understand them. and remember, it’s about you using your new leadership skills to solve problems, communicate better, and have a better life.
