Openness:These are people that are curious ,imaginative and adventurous.

Conscientiousness;People that are organised,disciplines and hard-working.

Extraversion:People that are sociable,talkative and fun to be with.

Agreeableness;People that agrees with other people's opinion.They don't force their opinion on others.

Neuroticism;People that experience negative emotions such as sadness ,anger and worry.

Core self evaluation refers to how individuals make worth of themselves.This shows whether they have the capability to handle the challenges they face in life.

High self core evaluation:These people think highly of themselves.They believe in their abilities to overcome any challenges they come across.

Low self core evaluation;These are individuals that think lowly of themselves.They are afraid to break barriers and o welcome challenges.They usually don't believe in their abilities.
