Using your favorite search engine, search on the term "Free MBTI" and take one of the "light" versions of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Then search for "Free Big Five" and do the same for the Big Five model. Give an overview of your findings and your thoughts on the results of these two personality tests. Tie your analysis into linking an individuals personality (based on what you found about yourself) to the values within a workplace.
