The Sample Mixture (SM) is more polar than the product, because it takes the SM only 3mins in the stationary phase, which is at the left hand side, and 10mins at the mobile phase which is at the right hand side. A polar SM elute more faster in the stationary phase, than its mobile phase when products are formed.
