What is one big difference between the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire and the Neuroticism Extroversion and Openness Personality Inventory?

The 16 personality factor questionnaire is a self report personality test. It is employed by psychologist aswell as psychiatrists (mental health experts) for diagnoses/prognosis of psychiatric disorders.
