The Federalists and the Anti-federalists had more power in the 1700s.

After the independence of America, two opposite groups came up as political parties based on their ideology.The Federalists were supporters of the constitution and favoured a strong central government.The Antifederalists opposed a strong central government.They insisted on the inclusion of the Bill of Rights. Some of the famous personalities of Anti-Federalists were James Monroe, Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry.Since the 1700s, the United States had political parties that fought for power and authority.Not so much has changed since those years. Today, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party have most of the power.

Therefore, we can conclude that presence of political parties has always been in the United States.

The kind of groups that had more power in the 1700s were the Federalists and the Antifederalists.

During the Constitutional Convention in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, these two opposite groups had discussions and debates to decide the new form of government for the United States. Although President Benjamin Franklin did not favor the creation of factions or parties because these could divide the country, since those early years the United States has had political parties that have fought to get to power and rule.

Not so much has changed since those years. Today, a bipartisan system dominates the electoral system in the US, where the Democratic Party and the Republican Party have the monopoly of power in the country.

the most likely outcome of fewer loon territories is that hawks would increase in proportion because the benefit of victory would be greater. hawks and loons are natural rivals of resources and victories in the game, since the lakes drying up affected the loons, the hawks would be benefited from the drought.
