Explanation: Maslow' hierarchy of needs  can be described to be amotivational theory consisiting of a five level in hierarchical order or model of human needs. they are usually enclosed within a pyramid.

maslow stated that for one to reach the top of the pyramid that is the last stage term self actualization, the lower needs must be meant. it does not have to be fully meant but it can be partially meant. the five levels are physiological, safety, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualization.

in the Love and belongingness needs(level)  which comes after the fulfillment of physiological and safety needs, it usually is social and involves feelings of belongingness. The need for interpersonal relationships influences the behavior of that individual

. indiviaduals here wants  friendship, intimacy, trust/acceptance, receiving/giving affection, love e.t.c while esteem on the other hand  deals with esteem for oneself  e.g dignity, achievement e.t.c and the need or desire for reputation or respect from others in terms of  status and recognition
