These Three levels of government comprises of local government which is the lowest level, which can be cities or counties, the state government which is the middle level, and lastly the federal government which is referred to as the national government

The function of The local government  is limited to handling of issues of a small cities or communities, cases like local courts, police activities.

The function of the state government is to work hand in hand with the local government to work on some issues and new policies that involves more than one particular place or cities.

The responsibility of the federal  government is overseeing the activities or actions between other countries/nations and states. its other role is in the provision in areas like, funding of federal projects,national defense, other concerns within the state can be in, transportation, conservation. and corporate oversight
