FDR's Relief, Recovery and Reform programs focused on emergency relief programs, regulating the banks and the stock market, providing debt relief, managing farms, initiating industrial recovery and introducing public works construction projects. According to Roosevelt “It is, in short, a law that will take care of human needs and at the same time provide the United States a sound economic structure". In other words, it addressed the three programmes.
