How do I become more confident?

Explanation:

I've struggled with a lack of confidence when i was younger, and because i wasn't confident i always wore jackets because i hated that my breast were bigger than other girls at my school.  it took me the entire summer to realize that i had no real reason to not be confident. i realized that the only thing that made me less confident than what i am now was the jackets that constantly wore. after that summer i decided to not wear anymore jackets and wear something light, but still comfortable.  i am a very social person even when wearing those jackets. the only MAJOR difference with me not wearing my "confidence barrier" aka the jackets was that... every time i said anything, i felt SO much more confident. i used to draw realistic anti-bullying posters and i never showed them to anyone because i didn't think they were good enough especially considering the fact that my sister also drew realistic drawings( only for fun) and because i always had someone to compare my self to - i never felt like i did enough.  (that was how i felt before the jackets). but now i go on to doing power points for all the schools i attended.i started being exited to do class presentation, and anything that required me to be social!
