The question pertains to microeconomics, supply and demand refers to price determination in a market. It dictates unit prices for goods in a competitive market. I postulate that the meaning of the source/cartoon, there seems to be a lack of demand. When the speaker on the left says “it’s not or demand... it’s supply and demand” they are referring to the supply of snow cones and the lack of consumers for the product.
