My impression on the image is that it is two olden day soldiers on a lookout post. Also, one of them looks to be smoking an old pipe. Step 2. One is smoking, looks like they held up in front of a church, and the person one the right looks to be fidgeting with something. Step 3. What are they doing in front of a church? How old are these soldiers? The focal point is that they are holding a station in front of the church. The thing that caught my eye is the pipe in the left soldiers hand. Because pipes are outdated and are really cool looking.

the question deals with financial planning and the answer is that dan did not stay on budget due to the fact that this guy needs to start decreasing his discretionary spending. according to the financial plan, he needed to balance his expenses and resources.
