Many immigrants sooner than later have to utilize medical facilities and medical care.Transportation - As the population of a city grows, the transportation system is also impacted directly as more and more people need to move around. In some cities, this may (if not properly managed) lead to traffic issues, an increase in the rate at which roads get damaged and need to be repaired etc.Utilities - Immigration also put a lot of strain on the demand and supply water, telecommunications, energy and other utilities.Safety and security - Safety and security apparatuses are also affected. The ratio of policemen to citizens, for instance, is increased.
