As the law of nature sadness comes after happiness. We usually think of stressors as being negative, such as an exhausting work schedule or a rocky relationship most commonly youth feels stress when their relationship breaks with someone. However, anything that puts high demands on you can be stressful.A person hates when it is neglected in life.Unhealthy behaviors are   physical inactivity, excessive drinking, and insufficient sleep,using too much mobile phones being lazy all the time.We cannot change ourselves because inner desire dies getting rid of a bad habit takes alot of time we cannot bring a see change in ourselves within few days.
